Quality, dry, red wine with a geographical indication.
It features with a dark ruby, red color.
The smell reminds of ripe cherry and forest fruit,
with vanilla notes which are leaving an extra taste
of fullness and warmth. Rich in alcohol and
recognizable by the long aftertaste.
Oak aged for 24 months.
It is served at a temperature of 16-18 °C with game,
roast pork and veal.
